Great playground for kiddos of all ages - even my 1-yr-old was able to crawl around on the turf and play on the slide/climber. Lots of grass and open space, plus picnic tables, trash receptacles, water fountains, and a nice clean dog park all in a great location within walking distance of the Union Market area.
The fall festival was very cute, face painting, pumpkin patch, live music, great food it was a good time!
Absolutely love this park… the murals are my favorite. They do so many events in the summer, like movie nights. There’s a huge grassy area. The playground is super cute too… Great for little climbers! Just wish they had swings!
This park really came together! The new apartments/condos that went up kept up the style too, with some great murals being added to the art walk. Great place to go chill in the noma/Eckington neighborhoods and good space for the dogs (dog park) or kids (playground) too!
This was a great development project that came out nicely with a spacious dog park, grassy picnic area, and walkway plaza for the weekly farmers' market. Love seeing the local events when I walk/bike by!

Love this neighborhood oasis. In the spring, summer and fall . All sorts of events take place including a Farmers market every Thursday.
Awesome new park in Eckington. The playground is gated and has a section for younger toddlers (under 2) and older kids. I love that they made the area shaded, but the slides are metal so they can get hot on sunny days. In the covid 19 era most adults are good at wearing masks within the playground.
Quiet times when the playground is empty: weekdays around noon, Saturday around noon, weekends around 5-6 pm
A perfect place for a picnic or an afternoon of sun bathing. It's the perfect place to feel part of the Eckington community. Connectivity to the metropolitan branch trail means that this park is easily accessible from the union market area, …
